Home Care Non-Medical
Our trained home care aides and unlicensed/licensed personnel will help you prepare meals, clean your house, dress and undress clients, keep seniors cognitively engaged, and more. Their experience working in senior care ensures that they’ll be able to provide the specialized assistance you need to stay independent in your own home.
Nurse Practitioner Visits
Our nurse practitioners help you regain your independence and coordinate care with your provider. They can also help with medication management, nursing assessments, and education about your condition.
Registered Nurse
Our Registered Nurses are available to provide a wide range of home healthcare services, including dressing changes, nursing assessments, and anticipating home care needs. They will seek out a wide array of community resources to ensure you have the best possible care at home.
Non-emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT)
We offer both scheduled and on-demand services. Scheduled services include taking clients to their appointments on time, while on-demand services allow clients to schedule rides later.
